What happens at registration for new customer?

You will need a Customer ID from us before you enter Persimmon Home Online Store. You get this Customer ID by providing us with your information including your name, address, telephone number, email and your own log-in password (eight or less alpha-numeric characters). We will then send you an email immediately to confirm your registration as well as to provide you with your new Customer ID and your own password. How do we handle your credit card information?

You provide us with your credit card number, exact name on card and expiry date only when you make a purchase with us. How does Persimmon Home use cookies at the Online Store?
