Method of Payment:

We accept VISA and MasterCard for all online transactions under SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Upon authorization of the online transaction, the customer agrees to pay such total (together with any other charges due thereon) subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of the credit card. The amount shown in US dollars will be converted to Hong Kong dollars at the approximate rate of US$1 = HK$7.75 on your credit card bill subject to the official exchange rate.

Delivery Service:

Under normal circumstances, product(s) ordered shall be delivered to customers within 8 to 10 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are indicated on the order form as indicated on the previous page with varying charges according to the size and volume of each product selected. We shall contact you promptly should product(s) ordered are out of stock or extra time is required for delivery.

Orders may be shipped directly from Hong Kong or China via East Asia Worldwide Limited which has been established since 1968 with agent offices in New York, Toronto, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Bangkok and Singapore.

Freight Charges:

All shipping costs are indicated on the online order form. Shipping costs are calculated according to the cubic volume of all items.

For bulky items, the shipping costs include the removal any crating and packing materials to ensure a complete door to door delivery. Please indicate to us of any special delivery requirements as to ensure a correct calculation of all delivery charges (e.g. walk-ups without elevators).

Taxes and Duties:

All applicable taxes and duties shall be collected from you by the local Customs office or by our delivery agent.

Insurance:

As a protection for you as well as for us, all freight charges have already included the necessary insurance to ensure you receive your order in optimal conditions. Please refer to the following section on returns and exchanges for damaged items due to shipping.
