All Persimmon Home products carry a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. Any damage or quality problems must be reported to Persimmon Home by phone (+852-2573-6626), fax (+852-2573-6382), toll free fax in US (1-888-830-5793) or email (custserv@persimmonhome.com) WITHIN THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE PERIOD AFTER DELIVERY for returns and / or exchanges. Returns and Exchanges: 1. The customer must notify Persimmon Home within the 30-day guarantee period in order to return any product. 2. Persimmon Home shall provide further instructions on return upon receiving notification from customer. 3. The customer is requested to retain the guarantee tag and the packing / invoice slip for return. Specific instructions will be provided to the customer for return of large and bulky items. 4. We can only offer exchanges or non-refundable credit note to all returned items. 5. We can only be responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance fees for faulty products. 6.
